Villa Qabalah

At Phuket, Thailand

Qabalah roots from ancient Hebrew's word "Qibel", pronounced as "Kab-ba-la." From a religious point of view, it is the interpretation/explanation of the bible and its teaching by word of mouth before scribes would exist. It is also a spiritual teaching of life mystery, its origin and meaning of living life, and how to imply and improve that on one's experience on earth. It clarifies the relationship between humans and nature. Although the interpretation of Qabalah is varied in different cultures, the main core is still centering on peacefulness among the living.

Villa Qabalah Project believes in nature's power of healing mentally and physically. We have been depending on nature to live, survive, and heal for as long as we could remember. Realizing that nature is the most essential part of human life, we respect the philosophy therefore we implement that idea and correspondingly create this project.

We aim to build a long-lasting villa project so we have selected extra-large foundation piles at Villa Qabalah. The largest foundation piles at our clubhouse are 80x80 cm. to ensure the strength to support the perennial planting on the rooftop. The piles are penetrated deep into the ground, as deep as 18 meters. The strong structure can sustain the weight of an 8-floor structure.

The Rooftop

The Rooftop

All the rooftop gardens atop each villa are aimed to blend with the adjoining woods surrounding the property. The gardens are meticulously grown to look like a forest. Looking from afar, from all ales, they are all balanced with nature and lush greenery. From a bird's eye point of view, the rooftops are unseparated from the surrounding forest. The rooftop gardens are also beneficial for regulating the temperature of the villas, which in turn helps save energy.

The Mineral Pool

The Mineral Pool

The non-chemical mineral swimming pool is a healthy alternative compared to the traditional chlorine and saltwater pools. It is harmless to the skin and the natural ocean minerals the water contains, including sodium and magnesium, also help enhance the body's immunity. The safety is guaranteed by European drinking water standards.

The Wood

The Wood

'Yakisugi' is a traditional Japanese method of wood preservation. It translates to 'burnt cedar'. After the delicate process of burning the wood surface, the wood becomes waterproof and more durable so that they are perfect to make walls. Qabalah is located in the tropical Phuket forest, which is known for high humidity with a long rainy season and heat almost all year round. We trust that Yakisugi is the best selection for exterior design. In addition, Yakisugi is a perfect fit for the interior décor of its cozy Asian flair giving a comfortable sense to the property.

The Green Eco Energy

The Green Eco Energy

Solar panels are installed at our clubhouse – Tree O'Clock as we realize that the expanding common space with many facilities to accommodate both residents and visitors would require a good amount of electricity. The solar panels provide an additional energy supply while working toward decreasing the property's carbon footprint.
